Work we do for a client is governed by the quotation or agreement the client signs. If that document and these terms disagree, the signed document wins.

• Use them lawfully, and do not try to disrupt or misuse them.
• Keep your logins safe. You are responsible for your accounts.
• Only connect third-party accounts, such as a Facebook Page or WhatsApp number, that you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you send or publish through our services, including content prepared with automated tools, and for having your customers’ consent where the law requires it.
• Website content is general information, and prices shown are starting prices. Your price is the one in your signed quotation.

When you connect a platform such as Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, its own terms also apply to you. Those platforms may change or withdraw features at any time, and we are not responsible for their decisions or outages.

Fees, payment terms and ownership of work we deliver are set out in your signed quotation. The content of this website belongs to INONEXT. Your data remains yours.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and how to have it deleted.

To the extent the law allows, our website and services are provided as they are, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or end access to our services if these terms are broken, or if their use puts our services or platform connections at risk. Where we can, we will warn you first.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We update the date at the top of this page when these terms change.
